What happens if something I ordered is faulty
If you believe your item is faulty, please send an email to hello@vectorsuspensions.com.au with details of the fault and we will be in touch.

If the item you’ve purchased has a minor fault, then we will offer you a refund, repair or replacement. However, if your item has a major fault then you can choose to either receive a replacement or refund.
Nothing in our Returns Policy restricts your ability to make a claim that may be available to you for failure to comply with a guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.

Can I Return for Change of Mind?
At Vector Suspensions we will gladly offer you a Refund on full priced items that you have changed your mind about.
Items that have been marked down or purchased using a promotional code at the checkout are eligible for a Credit Note only.
You have 14 days to return items for change of mind.
There will also be a 10% restocking fee for change of mind.

Conditions of Return Items for Change of Mind
For a change of mind, we will only accept items that are:

  • in their original condition. That means they are and unused.
  • all original tags must be attached

An item that does not meet these criteria are not valid for return for change of mind.

How Do I Return an Item?
You can return the item by:

  • contacting us at hello@vectorsuspensions.com.au where we will send you further instructions.

If you are receiving a refund we will endeavour to process it within 3-5 business days of receiving the item.

How Much Does Delivery Cost?

Standard Delivery will cost $12.5 per order.
If you spend over $155 on any order then you are eligible for free shipping.

Can I Track My Order?
Any time you place an order online we will send you a confirmation email once the order has been paid and processed. You will also receive an email once your item has been shipped. This will contain all the necessary tracking information required to track your purchase. Please contact us if you have not received an order confirmation or shipping confirmation within 7 days of placing your order.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
Unfortunately, we cannot edit, change, or cancel an order once it has been ordered. Please refer to our terms and conditions
